Getting started
Every project starts with a demo and a look at how you work: your sites, your roles and your documents. We then configure Iksir to match, install it and bring your teams on board step by step.
Training
Training is included in every plan. Our team shows each group of users the screens and steps they need, so everyone can work with Iksir from the first day.
Using Iksir day to day
Each user sees the modules and actions allowed by their role. Your administrator manages users, rights and settings from the Access & Settings module.
Support
Our team answers during French and Algerian business hours. Describe your question or issue through the contact form or by email, and we will get back to you.
